Yoga to Empower with Erika Newberry This yoga session is designed to connect us with our inner teacher and to guide us to a conception of the whole Self. Together we will explore yoga that nurtures the connection between mind and body, while developing a sense of personal agency and practice making choices based on how we feel in the moment. This session will include movement-based practices, breathwork and meditation to empower individuals in celebration of International Women’s Day 2021.
